PHP: Mysql – Loop issues

I have a list of names that are stored in a database. My list is stored in the format: 1;2;3;4;5;6.
I am trying to display each name as a table and each row in the table should have a column for each number in the database.
When I run this code, it only displays the first row in the table (1).
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
